Before 37 weeks

- If you have any concerns, questions, doubts and/or worries

- If you feel the baby moving little or less than you are used to

- If you have (bright red) blood loss or fluid loss

- For abdominal pain or back pain that comes and goes (contractions)

- For headaches, seeing stars, nausea/vomiting, feeling of dizziness

or suddenly retain fluid

- Itching on palms of hands or soles of feet

After 37 weeks

- If you have any concerns, questions, doubts and/or worries

- If you feel the baby moving little or less than you are used to

- If you have (bright red) blood loss

Contractions;

o Are you unsure about your contractions? Take a warm shower, this can help

make it go down if it isn't already that far.

o Is this your first child? Call us if you want to talk to us, see us or need help
